House Rules

Welcome!
We would like to introduce you to our house rules to ensure your stay in our home is pleasant. For any additional information, please contact the host.

Accommodation is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 09:00 on the day of departure.

Guests are responsible for their own belongings and valuables left in the apartment/room; the owner cannot be held liable in case of loss.

Guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and its surroundings, and in the event of an accident they bear the consequences themselves.

Please lock the entrance doors of the apartment/room when inside, and always lock doors and windows, close umbrellas, switch off lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove, etc.), and turn off water when leaving.

The owner has the right to enter the apartment/room in the guest’s absence under special circumstances, in order to prevent possible damage or danger. The guest will be informed of such entry at the earliest opportunity.

It is forbidden to damage furniture and equipment, cause disorder, or disturb other guests. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00.

Facilities of the apartment/room may only be used by registered guests. Visits may be approved by the host upon request and within a certain time frame.

Bringing weapons, explosives, and flammable materials into the apartment is strictly prohibited.

The use of equipment or devices not included in the apartment/room offer is only permitted with the host’s approval.

Pets are only allowed with the host’s prior consent.

In case of damage or loss of installations, furniture, devices, or equipment of the apartment/room, the guest is required to compensate the equivalent value.

It is strictly forbidden to remove equipment or items (towels, blankets, etc.) from the apartment/room.

In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the host has the right to terminate further services to the guest.

Please present your ID card or passport to the host upon arrival for registration with the Tourist Office.

Any comments, wishes, or compliments may be communicated to the host, who is available 24/7.
